JOB PROFILE

Kobelco is looking for an E-Commerce Manager to oversee and manage our company’s B2B and B2C online Webshops.

This position matches a dynamic, driven and motivated individual. Our team consists of communication professionals develops and execute Kobelco marketing strategies with Product engineering and marketing professionals, various communication agencies and our European dealer network. The E-Commerce Manager will be reporting to the Branding, Content Marketing and Communication Manager.

You will manage and implement the promotional campaigns for the Webshop through insights on customer shopping trends to support your assortment and identify opportunities in our collections.

Ability to manage the look and feel and design of current sites, whereas Shopify and Lightspeed experience are a plus. Create, manage and monitor strategy for pricing and sales and promotions and analyze to monitor the effectiveness of strategies and take action.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Day to day management of the two online Webshops, Kobelco B2B webshop and Kobelco Fanshop B2C online shop.
  • Development of new merchandise, purchasing and sales of Kobelco merchandising and handle stock control with an external fulfilment supplier.
  • Strategies and planning and developing promotion campaigns for B2B and B2C that encourage Sales in our online stores, including analysing and adjusting.
  • Creating and improving the layout of the shop visually and managing products and back end of sites.
  • Monitor and stear supplier performance and report back to internal stakeholders
  • Monthly sales report and sales analysis, with identifying issues and weaknesses and propose sales/promotional improvement plans
  • Lead for Kobelco design of scale model production in Europe
  • Manage pop up shops at Events in Europe
  • Drive through joint teams for optimization and improvement on CX

 

SKILLS / COMPETENCES

  • 3+ Years’ experience as an E-Commerce manager or a specialist with a strong ambition
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing, working with social media Advertising is a plus
  • Webshop back-end management experience, including content and SEO creation
  • Sound knowledge of online Webshop systems and able to tackle technical changes when needed
  • Able to provide demonstrable knowledge of purchasing goods and budget handling
  • Able to manage multiple suppliers from inhouse departments to purchasing and other external suppliers and IT suppliers
  • Good customer service skills and excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent with Microsoft Office programs and particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Possesses an analytical mind and an eye for detail
  • Self-motivated and can work independently, ability to prioritize and multi-task
